I received a call from onair TV offering me a Dstv Explora Ultra. I told the sales consultant I can't as my Dstv account is not been paid and currently not in service. She said" no it's not a problem ma'am just call them and they will allow you to access your account" I was shocked and asked if she was sure. She confirmed yes again. I am currently sitting with a Decoder I can't use. I called and onair TV confirmed their consultant was at fault. So my account was apparently canceled after money was taken. Now they have ****** money from my account again as the debit was canceled. These people lie and ***** because how we're they able to access my account after cancelation. Their consultant was deceiving. Please be careful. They **** and ***** and what is disgusting is that DSTV is part of this ****. It is appalling especially on the part of DSTV. I don't trust them and they lie about costs. They have so many hidden costs then they threaten with blacklisting you if you fail to make payment. This is another money making **** Please watch out
