Onair TV contacted me after my review / complain and they promised to listen or investigate the misleading call that was made by their agent , but no one from onair has ever contactee me about the outcome of their investigations. Instead I am receiving warnings that if I am not paying their subscription they are going to hand me over. I told them that to collect their decoder and cancel my contract because I was **** to by their agent and asked them to listen to call recordings. So am not going to pay even a cent up until they come back to me with the outcome of their investigation.
