OnAir tv has respondent to my compliant and the matter regarding Explora ultra was attended to by Michalle urgently and the explora has been collected to be returned to them as they have listen to the sale and agreed with me that their sales person did mislead and they will cancel the whole thing , I am satisfied as to how the matter was attended to , Thanks to Hello Peter and the responsiveness of OnAir tv and acknowledging the mistake on their part , I hope in future they can do the same to another person .
