LIE TO CUSTOMERS
In 2020 I was calle by one of on air consultant to take a Dstv month to month contract meaning I can cancel anytime. When i was not happy with their trying to cancel I was told that I cannot cancel the contract until the end of my 24 months contract which is a lie I never signed up 24 months contract. I tried several time to cancel nd request my the recording as they said all call are recorded but they refused to give my recording. I am taking to consumer right as I am entitled to my recording
