Lack of credibility

I took out a contract with On Air TV in 2019 and settled my account in full on the 19th May 2019. I even got an confirmation 2 days later that the funds have been allocated. Now almost a year later they offered me a new device. I accepted. One week before LOCK DOWN it was delivered and now I am receiving calls from a company called MBD advising me that I am in arrears. They can not tell me from when or why. This is totally unacceptable ON AIR TV in association with DSTV (Multichoice) as I have had no communication in an entire year regarding this. I do not think that I want the new device now anymore if this is the way you all want to do business
