Installation issues
<p>We ordered the decoder package (x2) and received it via RAM. Tried to find an installer near Ladismith (Western Cape) and installers are reticent to travel so far to install. Closest is Mosselbay which is 160 odd kilometers away which will be at our cost. A local installer is willing to do it but now has to charge us for the LNB and dish as we cannot claim the voucher. (they only install pricelock packages now) . So 2 years worth of paying off something we don't even get. Try to call them and they pass the buck.</p>
