Installation Issues

Hi <br> I wish I had gone to hellopeter before I did this deal with Onair TV. I recently subscribed to their DSTV upgrade option for a Explora + HD Decoder with an installation voucher. In a previous report from ateeze in Boksburg I see that he has been waiting for more than 1 month for an installer to be assigned to do the installation. I was told by the onair help desk that I will receive a SMS within 24-48hrs and be assigned an installer who will complete the installation. The installation voucher under legal stuff says that I phone ***Option 3 to have an installer allocated or visit their web web site under locateinstaller. Option 3 does not work so I decided to contact some of the installers in my area from onair's locateinstaller. ALL of them were willing to come and do an installation for me the next day UNTIL I mentioned that it was an installation voucher from onair and then I was told that they were very busy and could only come in 2-3 weeks from now. The service from onair up to now has been excellent but it is no good having an efficient delivery of the goods and leaving a customer stranded with goods that no installer wants to handle. It needs to be sorted out.
