Incorrect payment reporting and debits in excess of outstanding amounts

I have written a review previously about incorrect reporting on non-payment to the credit bureau. I got a reply on Hellopeter that my account will be closed after the last (next) payment. Nothing has been corrected on my credit report, and OnAir still continues to debit my account every month, Their statement dated 11/12/25 showed an outstanding amount of R478. since then I have been debited R699.???????
