Incomplete DSTV Explora Installation

Onair TV consultant sold DSTV Explora package with installation telephonically to me. During discussion I advised her that we have dual view with split unit installed in bedrooms and she advised that the installer will take care of installation. Christiaan Snaar of Ubuntu Sattellite Services cell no *** did the installation on behalf of Onair TV. Unfortunately he advised that he is not paid to do split unit in bedrooms. The primary decoder (Explora) can now only be viewed in lounge and bedrooms can only view from secondary decoder. Bedrooms therefore have to watch same programs. View in bedrooms get interrupted due to reception not compatible with explora - requires new split unit in roof. Numerous phone calls made to *** since before 30 November 2015 and numerous e-mails sent to [Email Removed] with no response to date other than that they are escalating the matter.I also phoned DSTV and they advised me that although it is their product being sold, they are unable to intervene. I require our reception to be rectified the way it was prior to the installation of the Explora with the bedrooms receptions to be uninterrupted and the split unit to be activated.
