<p>I got into a deal with OnAirTV for 2 decoders @R99 - it turned out that the decoders were refurbished even their installers confirmed this. Since then the decoders changes channels and switches off by itself, blurry it's no more HD. I've called them on numerous occasions they've changed the decoders but we still have the same problems. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Protection Act.</p> <p>THEY ARE THE WORST.</p>
