<p>I was contacted earlier in the year to swap my Standard PVR for 2 new Explora decoders including installatiuon for R99 per month for 24 months. I acceptedthe deal and waited for the delivery of the decoders. After some time, I was sent the package which contained a new Explora II and a refurbished Explora I decoder... fair enough. Then I was sent a text message confirming that they had delivered, and that I would be contacted with an installation date in the next day or so.</p> <p>That was 2 months ago, and after several follow up calls to the call centre, where I was promised that I would be contacted within 24 hours - nothing ever happened. Several attempts to contact management were fruitless.</p> <p>Quite frankly, If I had to conduct my business this way, I would be bankrupt within a month. I desperation, I have now written to Onair TV and informed them that I will arrange my own installer to fit the decoders at my own expense.</p> <p>How can Multi Choice be associated with such a company? - I will never deal with them ever again, and will recommend to everyone I know to go straight to DSTV / Multichoice and deal with them directly.</p> <p>Onair TV is a farce, and should be put out of business.</p> <p>I could not select a lower star rating otherwise I would have.</p>
