In January 2019 an agent phoned me from On Air insisting that they have better offer than multichoice, because I told them that I was on pricelock contract with multichoice, still they send two decorders at my house and my children signed for it. when I arrived I found the decorders at my house and they send a guy to come connect them and only when their guy open one decorder I realized that its just a decorder with no name, and I phoned them to come collect their no name decorders and cancel the account they say I have with them. They now come with stories that they told me that there is no cancellation to their deals. They are busy harassing me with their calls and smses that I ow them whereas they are the ones owing me to come collect their cheap decorders
