Im not happy about the debit that went through my account without being consulted. Secondly i had to hold on line for about 13minutes before an agent could assist me. Worse than that i still had to hold on to rate the service in total it was 17:00 minutes that i was on hold. Fortunately the lady assisting me was quick and im grateful for her quick assistance .
