******* DEBIT ORDER

In February 2017, I entered into an agreement with On Air TV where I procured a DSTV Wifi Connector and was told that it would cost me R29 per month for 24 months. The R29 continued for 2 years as expected and then ended. However, On Air TV also debited my account *******ly with R129 per month which then increased to R131 per month and then in 2019 increased to R155 per month. The debit order has not stopped, I have been unable to contact their billing department (their phones don't work) and in June 2020, the debit order amount increased to R165. On Air TV owes me R5613 for all of these debit orders which are *******LY taken off my account.
