Identity ***** & Data Breach: Unauthorized OnAir TV contract created from MultiChoice data

My details were submitted to MultiChoice strictly for a DStv Change of Ownership. Somehow, OnAir TV intercepted this private information and opened an unauthorized finance contract in my name without my consent. My cousin opened it using her own bank details, and she has already provided her ID to take liability, but OnAir TV is still aggressively demanding R1,794.00 from me.

I demand that OnAir TV pull the verification voice recordings to prove it is not me, check that the debit order belongs to a different person, and clear my name immediately before my hard-earned credit score is damaged.
