I would like to write a review about Onair Tv I would like to recognise Elizabeth for assisting me with empathy and patience, I have been struggling to get my account cancelled from 2023 being moved from pillar to pillar. She went as back as 2023 when i started with this process and picked up that my matter was left unresolved which at the end it affected my credit profile, because everyone that dealt with this matter never cared. After all the bad experience to day it was different. On Air has affected my credit profile badly to a point now my son’s application for school is blocked due to that. but with the help of ELizabeth I have hope that all will be resolved. I appreciate her commitment in the matter and her keeping me in the loop and her humility in resolving my matter.
