I would like to write a review about Onair TV

I would like to write a review about Onair TV. I was assisted by Ms. Shae Clothier on 12 August 2024 @ approximately 08h45. Ms. Clothier immediately put me at ease by being patient whilst I spoke at length regarding my disgruntlement. She listened with the intent to assist and that's exactly what she did! She resolved my query, offered an apology with great empathy and was very genuine about it . It's not very easy to actually find people who are willing to offer you good customer service face to face and I guess being on line I feared the worse but Ms. Clothier was most efficient, understanding, compliant and definitely a people's person. I hope she is equally recognized for the optimal, superior customer service that she undoubtedly offers to all her clients. Thank you so much. Kindest regards. Vanessa
