I will never recommend!

Im paying this company every month via debit order and they say im in arears. I contacted them several times to inform them that my credit report from Clear Score shows arrears for the past 8months. They keep on promising me that they will fix it. I can't buy anything on credit because my credit record is dirty but im a paying customer.
