I WANT MY Refund

I receive a call from you guys saying you will deduct the debit order on the 21st of December 2025 but you didn't, you contacted me again on WhatsApp saying that the payment is due on the 25th of December or i could make a EFT payment which I did but you guys still deducted the money from my account on the 25th of this month. So I would like a refund please, since I have already payed my account for this month. I want my money i have been calling messages and emailing you guys for days.
