I WANT MY MONEY TO BE PAID INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY

On-airTV why did I still not received my money in my bank account that was deducted from my bank account on the 15th of August I want my money to paid to me back today I am not waiting for 14 days validation period this is unacceptable because I do not have a subscription with you guys since May and every month you guys continue to deduct from my account and I requested numerous times to remove the mandate debit order from my bank account but still you guys don't listen
