I want my money back

OnAir TV its a ****. They debited my account and I don't have an account with them. On the 24th of October I was contacted and offered a streaming device which I agreed to but I was surprised when they send me 2 DebiCheck mandates instead of 1. The person who was assisting couldn't explain why I'm getting to mandates, so I immediately asked that they cancel everything because I'm not comfortable anymore. But on the 14th of December they Debited my account and when I contact them to check why they are Debited my account was transfered from one department to another. Account department confirm that my contract was canceled the same day but the other one told me about a value added service which I never agreed to hence I asked them to cancel everything they were offering on the same day. I want OnAir to refund my R198 and remove my name from their database
