10 Jan 2026, 07:40Good Day Jamie,
Thank you for the paid-up letter.
Kindly confirm whether this account has now been removed from my credit profile with all credit bureaus, as this was the primary purpose of my HelloPeter review and remains the most crucial issue for me.
Please also advise when I can expect the update to reflect on my credit report.
I look forward to your confirmation.

I refer to your email dated 13 January, in which you confirmed that my account details had been submitted for processing and that the necessary updates would be made to the credit bureaus.
I refer to your email dated 13 January, in which you confirmed that my account details had been submitted for processing and that the necessary updates would be made to the credit bureaus.
I subsequently followed up again on 14 April, requesting proof that the paid-up status had been submitted. To date, I have still not received the requested documentation, nor has my credit profile been updated. This continued delay is adversely affecting my credit score and causing me ongoing financial prejudice.
I once again request that you provide the following within 48 hours of receipt of this email:
I subsequently followed up again on 14 April, requesting proof that the paid-up status had been submitted. To date, I have still not received the requested documentation, nor has my credit profile been updated. This continued failure is unacceptable and is causing me ongoing financial prejudice.
This letter serves as a final demand for immediate rectification of this matter. You are hereby required to provide the following within 48 hours of receipt of this email:
- Proof that the paid-up status was submitted to all relevant credit bureaus.
- The date of each submission.
- The reference number for each submission.
- Confirmation of the exact account status that was submitted.
Your failure to provide this information despite my repeated follow-ups is unacceptable. As a consumer, I am entitled to have my credit information reported accurately and updated within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the National Credit Act.
Should I not receive the requested proof within 48 hours, I will proceed with lodging formal complaints with the National Credit Regulator, the relevant credit bureaus, and any other appropriate regulatory authorities. I also reserve my rights to pursue any further remedies available to me for the ongoing harm caused by this matter.
If you fail to comply within the stated timeframe, I will proceed without further notice to escalate this matter by lodging formal complaints with the National Credit Regulator, the relevant credit bureaus, and any other applicable regulatory or ombudsman bodies. I will also instruct my attorneys to consider all available legal remedies to compel correction of my credit record and to recover any damages arising from your continued non-compliance.
Your repeated failure to resolve this matter timeously is not acceptable, and I will not tolerate any further delay.
I expect your urgent response.
