I need immediate cancellation,

I wish I went through reviews, They called and said it was a special R199 12 months viewing after that I will pay for viewing normally. Today I found out they debited it is the 13th month. I called only to find out it is a 24month contract 📑. What the Hell! I need the cancellation as soon as possible! I haven’t used even this device since bcos I got married and my husband owns his. I pay for a toy and they sold lies.😭
