i have bought a new decoder from this company - as a result of an outbound call centre marketing drive. The Company is called On Air Tv ***<br> <br> I was promised the name of an installer after a p[period of time - who would contact me - to arrange the installation date. I had the notification of the installer - Alistair Brown at infinite vision on ***.<br> <br> I receievd ton call from the installer. When I complained I was told that it was my responsibility to make the date with the installer. Then On Air TV promised me the name of a new installer. None has been forthcoming.<br> <br> I have since phoned Alistair at the supp**** number - only to get a voice recording that says the voicemail is full.<br> <br> On Air TV will not give me the name of a supervisor or manager.<br> <br> I think that its all a ****.
