I contacted on Air about my installation and they informed me that I must pay Connection fees and that was not explained

I contacted on Air about my installation and they informed me that I must pay Connection fees and that was not explained. I then spoke to Jamie for cancelation and she told me that she first need to listen to the phone call and then phone me back, that was on 2023-02-24. On 2023-03-01 Jamie contacted me and told me I was miss informed and that they will cancell the contract to no cost to me. Her service was excellent
