I am so disappointed with the service

I had a bad experience firstly they never called me regarding the wifi connector that is out of stock I had to call in and check the consultant even told me she doesn't know if when the stock will be available didn't tell me when they will deliver and call me when the stock arrived and secondly I had to make follow-ups with the installers connecting the DSTV customer had to call about 12 of them they came and installed but never changed anything the cable that forms the set alight to the decoder never got any cables from the installer and no inspector came to check I also called the call center the consultant was very rude she even hanged up when I call again.
