This company are single handedly ruining my credit score by informing Experian that I have missed payments. For the record every single payment has been made by debit order. Upon calling them they confirmed my account was up to date, but apparently I would take a monh to sort out the issue with Experian. Well - a month later another “missed payment” has been reported to Experian. Think long and hard before you pur yourself at the mercy of these clowns…
