How call Centre can fool

I was called by a agent about dstv explorer and he told me all the things that needs to be told excepting the recording or rewinding bit. I have a normal decoder but I can't use it as he told me to do so he wanted the sale that all. I wanted a explorer that I can rewind and so on but now I have something that I already this is really not good I'm ****ed off because he wanted a Sale and didn't explain everything he said it's an upgrade but no it's the same. No I hear for me to use those extra options I must pay adusional R95 or so what can I do now
