Horrible Service!!!

I took up a contract with them for an explorer. A few months in my contract I asked for a settlement amount which they gave to me and I settled this account in full. 2 years later I an email from Lawyers saying I have arrears of R119 on my account when I settled this account in full. I have a bad credit record because of this company!!!!
