Horrible!! Never and never again!

Was great at first, until i finished my contract. They don't like to see you debt free so they *****ulently [I think] got me paying R89 monthly for some "Rescue Box" that i didn't order. now i'm stuck cause they sending me from post to pillar. Cancellation dept says there is nothing to cancel since no order exists on their system meaning their system must have AI'd my bank account and bill monthly without an existing order! I hope they respond to this cause i'm not done yet. This is the beginning! People will know about how they do customers dirty!
