Haven't received feedback from the OnAirtv in collaboration with Dstv multichoice

Hy I have a concern with on air promotion product I received a call last year on the 8th of December from on On Air representative promoting decoder Ultra Explora for R239 for 24 month including my dstv access account amount with R50 airtime every month..The problem is now um paying that R239 for decoder only for 24 months I've been trying to call them since they said they will hear our call recording for that I haven't received anything from them because now um paying R239 + R130 for Multi choice of which is something we haven't agreed of...
