Harassing sms'e after On Air cancel deal & False information to get you sign up for a contract

I received a call on 12 December 2023 from On-Air (the person was Tishen) that they have a package deal regarding DStv offering Explora for R239 which includes my DStv Premium levy per month, on contract for 2 years. My daughter, Lené Roome, was with me and both of us listened to the deal on speaker phone of On Air offering me and was my witness. I received the Explora on 19 December 2023 which was faulty and could not update the DStv Explora upgrading run. I have contacted On Air and only received a replacement Explora on 5 January 2024. On Saturday, 6 January 2024. when a DStv installer connected my Explora to my DStv account, I was told by DStv that On Air is an outside company and it was not correct regarding the package deal that On Air was offering me, and that I still had to pay the full amount of DStv Premium monthly fee. I asked the sales consultant multiple times what my monthly cost would be and he said R239 (which would include the DStv premium subscription levy per month) and only after the two years would I be paying my usual DSTV premium subscription. This was false information and not true by the On Air person, Trishen. Customer Care of Air phoned to say I could cancel and return the Explora. Customer Care arranged a courier to collect the Explora’s. It was parcel *** by SkyNet.

WHY DO I STILL RECEIVE HARASSING SMS’E REGARDING THIS EXPLORA DEAL? THE EXPLORA’S WERE SENT BACK, AS ARRANGED BY CUSTOMER CARE ON-AIR - parcel *** by SkyNet.
