Good service from ON Air TV employee

I refer to my review of 31 August and wish to make the following comments. Following the previous review, Mr Merlyn Oakes from On Air TV contacted me and resolved the whole matter. I wish to compliment Mr Oakes in his very professional manner in which he handled my situation. On Air TV can do with more employees like you.
