Frustrated and Outraged

Signing up with On Air was the biggest mistake I ever made. It has been nothing but a frustrating experience. They never update their records, so when you get your credit report, it keeps saying missed payments, yet there is a debit order in place. They have messed up my credit score. My contract with them is done, they keep debiting my account. You can send numerous emails, nothing happens, you can never reach anyone in accounts telephonically. Please stay away from this Company.
