********** onair and dstv.

I entered into an agreement with onair where I was offered 2 dstv explorers for R320. The consultant from onair stated that the said package included the services offered by dstv. I further asked for clarity on this and the lady assured me that the R320 included both the explorar decoder as well as my compact package with DSTV. I was shocked when DSTV debited R599 and R99 for their services, onair also went ahead and debited R159. I called DSTV for clarity and their consultant stated that onair is jot part of them and that I still had to pay for their services. She further stated that they are having issues with onair who is misleading their customers my question is why do they continue to allow onair to mislead us, makes one wonder whether both these parties are not in cahoots as dstv is benefiting from these ********** agreements.
