I have lodged two complaints about the ********** way On Air TV make their money. In spite of their undertakings to cancel the seven debit orders, it went through my bank again at the end of February . Not one of the debit orders of the said company was ever returned by my bank. Last week, I app**** for a housing loan. before my application was lodged, I made sure I was in good standing with the Credit Bureaus. All three gave me an \excellent\" rating. great was my surprise when my application was turned down due to a \"bad payer\" report from Experian. I phoned them and was informed that I was listed by On Air TV. I o not know how to stop these people. I have now lost a house which was ideal as far as my pocket was concerned and cannot look for another one because Experian will not remove it without investigating the matter. My only option is to sue them for damages, but it is going to cost me a great deal of money which I cannot really afford. Anybody out there to give me some advice as to how to handle the matter?"
