<p>In Nov 2016 I purchased a wifi connector for my Explora paying R29 pm for 24 months. They started deducting R129 and when I queried this with them, they said it's for an entertainment bundle which I agreed for,. I asked for the recording which they cannot provide me with (which I am sure they must be able to if I do request it). I was advised to come to their offices if I want to listen to the recordings.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it that you cannot provide me with a recording proving that I have agreed to the "Entertainment bundle"? I will have my bank sort it out with you!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also received confirmation that I will not be refunded as I have agreed to the entertainment bundle, but received confirmation that it has been cancelled. End Feb came, AND THEY STILL DEDUCTED THE FULL R129. I will go to the bank and reverse the payment and block you to deduct from my account ever again. You are useless ********** that takes people's money.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!</p>
