Hi. I subscribed to on air tv in April for a DSTV Explorer then I've decided to cancel the subscription but there's still money coming out from my account even today, I told them not to debit last month they even send me an email confirming that my query has been resolved but still debiting my account. I am appalled by the level of service. When I called the call centre, the consultant I spoke to confirmed that I will not be debited since I did not sign anything at the point of delivery. However another debit has gone off today, 3 months after I cancelled and refused delivery. I am starting to think this is ********** activity. I am paying for something that was not even delivered.
