False sales pitch

I was sold an explora with an intention to save that the R300 I'll paying will include subscription for compact. To my surprise Im currently paying R500 to Dstv & now got an sms saying that I must pay R320 for 2 exploras. Only one is installed as I only have one TV set. I have quiried this in March & request call recording as call are recorded, which hasn't been given, also promised copy of contract which never came. The call centre staff is ***********, I got a collections call yesterday & the guy didn't even want to listen to to me & escalate my quiry. Multichoice is selling its exploras via 3rd parties with false information & *****ing financially strained clients. I need this resolved before I stop all debit orders asap
