False sales and misleading

Two weeks back I received a call from a Lady (Durban number) working for onair tv. She offered me an explora at R119 rand per month and told me that it comes with free installation, Catch up, recording function etc. all included in that R119. I asked her more than three time to confirm if indeed that is the e case and that I will not have to pay the R90 for those function!!! The lady confirmed that I will only pay R119 for the xplora, catchup, PvR function all inclusive on the R119.

Last week the Xplora was installed. To date there is no catchup, PVR functions. I called onair tv this morning and I was told the R119 subscription is only for the decoder. When I asked that they listen to the sales call I was blantatly told me there is no need. My call would get cut each time before getting a reference number. Eventually after the fifth call I got a reference. I even said they must come and take their Xplora because DSTV also offers an xplora alone on price lock for only R89.

The staff is rude and this company is *******.
