False sales and de*****ing their customers

I want people to be aware of OnAir TV's modus operandi of ******** and de*****ing innocent, unsuspecting customers of their money, although I see there is no shortage of complaints already.

I was also one of the trusting people to be conned and fall for their false sales pitch. I have an HD PVR and a SD PVR, giving me 3 viewing environments.
A saleswoman called and told me the whole spin of the SD PVR that's no longer going to be supported. Offered me the deal of DSTV Explora 2 + DSTV Explora 1 R on Explorer + R1650 Installation Voucher + dish, LNB, and cabling... @ R99 PM x 24 months subscription. I have asked pertinently - WILL I STILL HAVE MY CURRENT 3 VIEWING ENVIRONEMNTS WITH THIS SWITCH??? "YES YES YES" the saleswomen assured me.
Come installation, the installer (very friendly and helpful) tells me "No - you cannnot have 3 viewing environments with what OnAir TV sold you here", and that I would have to purchase another explora decoder to have what I did and what OnAir TV sold me (under false pretense). I decided to think about this as this would mean more money spent.
After sleeping on it - I approaced OnAir TV and asked whether I could PURCHASE (take note, I did not expect them to give it to me for free because of their false sales - I actually wanted to buy it) another Refurbished Explora from them, to enable the setup of what I had expected to receive. The answer?: A very loud and resolving 'NO!'.
Befuddled am I!
Ok then, I said, in that case, you have to cancel my contract and fetch the equipment that I was sold under false pretenses and ensure that I do not get billed for this. But, keep in mind, that I was expecting to get the equipment installed as was sold to me by the poor saleswoman with the false sales pitch, and therefor, I have opened the sealed boxes and discarded it, so the equipment will not be in the original packaging, through no fault of mine. It's ok they say - as soon as they receive the equipment back, they will cancel the contract.
The couriers fetched the equipment, put all the loose bits and pieces into two flyers and off they are. I even scanned OnAir TV a photo of the flyers and the waybill.
Surprise suprise, this morning I had a debit order for NOT the R99 as falsely sold to me, but R199 run off my account, from OnAir TV. They actually went ahead and de*****ed me of my money.
Luckily my banking platform allows me to reverse unauthorised debit orders - thank you FNB.

Bitterly disappointed by OnAir TV, - not as much by their poor salespeople (I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt as to whether they really are lying and cheating salespeople, or maybe just poorly trained and uneducated in their work) - but by them actaully going ahead and *****ing my money.
