False missed payment report with credit bureaus

On air tv has blacklisted me with the credit bureaus for no reason at all. They submitted missed payment reports, while at the same time they were running two debit orders on my bank account without fail. All I want from them is to clear my credit record with the credit bureaus. So far all e mails and phone calls have not yielded any positive results. I am still sitting here with a four months missed payment record, thanks to on air tv.
