False marketing and advertising

I got a call from Thandeka on behalf of On Air products selling thier products explain everything benefits when I recieved the product I will just call Dstv company and alert them that I am using DStv streamer and I will be saving if I take this offer of R189.00 for 24months I will be no longer paying DStv subscription if I take this offer. I accepted the offer and I received it the next day morning 3 days later I called DStv company letting them aware that I will be using DStv streamer from now and they were shocked when I explained them that I got this deal from On Air TV so I will not pay for my subscription they just told me On Air TV streamer has nothing to do with them if I don't pay I will not have access to my subscription channel. I send the email to On Air TV cancelling the contract they are telling me about fee of R200.00 if it's still closed and R400.00 if it's open I feel it's unfair they are ****ming people practicing their policy instead holding accountable of thier employees for false marketing strategy to sign up more customers.
