FALSE LISTING OF MY NAME

I have received an sms from MBD today 2021/05/21 stating that I owe OnAir and my account has been handed over to them for collections. I don't have any account with OnAir. I called MBD and they said that my name was handed over to them yesterday on 2021/05/20. I have paid up my previous acc and closed it in 2019/08/15 and I have send MBD the paid up letter dated 2019/09/26 stating that my account is paid up and closed. The account was paid up and closed 2 years ago.

Please remove my name from your database. I have tried to contact OnAir on the number *** and there was no answer. I don't have any account with ONAIR. I want my name removed from your database as in yesterday. I don't want my name being blacklisted for nonsence.
