False information and sale

I was called by an OnAirTv sales person who introduced themselves as Multichoice. I was offered to upgrade my sd pvr and receive 2 Explora decoders, one new and one refurbed. I told them that i currently had an explora with extraview to an old dualview pvr. i was told the installation would be free and there would be no extra charges with multichoice, even though i would be installing two decoders as the solution they were offering replaces my dual view pvr. All was delivered and installed and when calling multichoice to activate the new sim cards i was told i would have to pay for another extraview subscription. i specifically asked the sales about this and he categorically stated there would be no extra charge. When calling OnAirTv to ask to speak to the sales or replay the sales conversation i was told the system is down.
