False Debits

On Air TV the called me on the 20th April stating that my March 2021 debit Order was not successful. And they will debit debit twice in April 2021 I went to the bank and pull off a bank statement. There payment was a success and no debit order was returned. I have tried to call their Billing line ***. There is no one answering the phone , the voice prompt is only saying press 1 and leave a voice mail.. even you press 1 it does not give space in the voice prompt to record the message. But when you call a business line there is someone ready to take orders. I suspect they are a ****.

Good people be careful. They don't want to hear any issues eyes on money that's all. I vow to reverse any extra deductions. I want to send them a 3 months bank statement but they are at large. Now I question DSTV dealings with people like these. How do they allow people like these to operate as subcontractors / partners
