My name is Ntombifikile Patricia Mogale, in Jan they phone me to introducing their product, the way they explain it to me they assured me that it the same as DSTV I will be able to watch my favorite shows, like Mzansi Magic the guy who was selling it to me, I kept on asking am I going to be able to watch Mzansi and he said yes, then I took it because it was less than Multichoise only to find out that, zi still need to pay Multichoice as well. When i phone them for connecting i spoke to the lady by the name of Zama Mavuso then she also confirmed that I will be able to watch Chanel 161 from DSTV then she said I must phone Multichoice to connect me, again she didn't explain to me that I will be paying Multichoice and Onair TV. Then I call Multichoice they explain to that I will be paying for their service. Ok I then call back and request to speak to Zama and ask them to collect their dicorder because I won't be able to pay both Multichoice and Onair I'm not using it will continue with Multichoice because I was using that. She then said to me she will log a complain Wil get back to me till today they still trying to get the recording and busy debiting my account while I'm not using their service, and now they messing up my credit profile. Please assist me because I feel like the way they used to promote their products to me was not far they took advantage of me still learning this technology stuff. I'm receiving massage that their will black list me, while I ask them to come and collect the decoder, that time I don't even know their offices I was going to take it back myself.
