False Advertising to make sales

Onair called me to take the explora 3 deal I wasn't really interested until I asked what is the total cost for the decoder and the installation if I was to do it privately not the onair contract. I was advised that it would be over R3000 thus when I calculated the monthly repayment I thought well if I take the contract its only a few hundred rands more then if I was to buy it cask to take the contract. I came across an article and seen a leaflet and seen that the decoder and installation the same model that I have is 1700 they are giving false information to make sales. I asked for a copy of the call recording they refused. I logged a complaint to date no one has ever bothered to call me yet the called me today for their money
