False advertising & dispute on the collection fee

I received an WhatsApp from OnAir TV which came as OnAirtv/DStv . The first WhatsApp sent to me which I responded to said free upgrade, just after I have responded to that one then came through one which said I will be paying R189.99 I did not respond to that one .the decoder was delivered to me by their driver who refused to take it back as I told him I don't want it anymore and said I must call On Air TV as he is also in a hurry & have other deliveries to get to & cannot wait for me to make a call but he's not taking the decoder back. When I called Onairtv I was told I have to pay R150 collection fee for them to come and fetch the decoder which their same driver refused to take it back , now my dispute is OnAirtv false advertising and now want to reap me off my R150 for them to fetch their product sold on lies. I don't have an existing contract with them so how do I upgrade with them not MultiChoice whom I have a contract with in essence if I said yes to that upgrade I was upgrading with DStv whom I have a contract with not them so OnAirtv have a tendency of false advertising & sales ,as for their call agent I spoke to Kumashree she just don't care and have no sympathy at all and Denver Small whom was assigned for my complaint through the email I sent also didn't go in depth of my complaint it's like he didn't even read to understand he was quick to respond with their banking details to pay the collection fee worse of all I called to cancel the order and was told it will not be cancelled until I pay the collection fee in that case they will debit me the monthly premiums even though I will not be using the decoder until I pay the collection fee. So OnAirtv false advertise and ****** customers with this collection fee.
