False advertising

I received a call from On Air Tv on May 2019 about their dstv explora ...the agent who phoned me **** to me and said their dstv explora is R139.99 i dont have to pay my subscription for 2years i will only pay R139.99 which is false advertising to consumers i took the offer since the lady from On air tv told me its cheaper than paying My full dstv amount i received the explora decorder then they onair tv debited R139 from my bank account after that i got a message from dstv to pay my dstv R395 .....im not happy at all with this OnAir Tv cause i have been trying to call them but no answer i even sent them email but no respond im requestin for OnAir Tv to come fetch their decorder cause i dont need it i have got my own decorder .....
